First a few Rules for voting.
1. All nominations must be an Independent Artists. All nominee's must be on SuperCountryHits.Com playlist. Nominations will be checked against our playlist. Super Star nominations will be rejected. Sorry but to make this a fair race we will only allow 2 song nominations per artist, Otherwise this would be a lopsided contest and it is not fair to the other artists that get a nomination.

2. All nominations must be received before the nomination close deadline. Nominations will not be accepted once the voting booths open.

3. All votes are recorded once per voter, One voter equals one vote. This is to make it a fair race for all the artists involved in the voting process.

4. All votes are protected and even the administration of this site or the owner of the station can not tamper with the results. Once again this is to make it a fair race.

5. In the event of a tie, all tie breakers will be decided by special vote that will involve the DJ's of SuperCountryHits.Com

6. SuperCountryHits.Com reserves the right to change, discontinue, or otherwise revise the voting process, and the prizes involved for each voting month. SuperCountryHits.Com also reserves the right to review all nominations, disqualify any nomination or artists that are suspected of cheating the voting process. SuperCountryHits.Com also reserves the right to disallow any nomination we see fit.

7. Previous Sammy Award Winners are not eligible to win a Sammy award for the same song more then once in a 6 month period, However Artist may be nominated and voted on again with a different song.

8. The most important rule is remember to have loads of fun.
